Herborn District Court

The Herborn District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction that had existed since 1867 and was based in Herborn . Since 2005 it has served as a branch of the Dillenburg District Court .

Jurisdiction and jurisdiction

Courthouse

As a result of the Prussian annexation of the Duchy of Nassau in 1866, the former Nassau offices were separated from administration and justice. In the course of this, the Prussian Minister of Justice ordered the establishment of a district court in Herborn on September 1, 1867 , the district of which was formed from the Herborn office and thus the cities of Herborn and Driedorf and the villages of Amdorf , Arborn , Ballersbach , Beilstein , Bicken , Breitscheid , Castle , Eisemroth , Erdbach , Fleisbach , Guntersdorf , Gusternhain , Heiligenborn , Heisterberg , Herbornseelbach , Hirschberg , Hörbach , Hohenroth , Mademühlen , Medenbach , Merkenbach , Münchhausen , Nenderoth , Oberndorf , Odersberg , Offenbach , Rabenscheid , Rodenberg , Rodenroth , Roth , Schönbach , Seilhofen , Sinn , Tringenstein , Uckersdorf , Überthal , Waldaubach and Wallenfels included.
