Bad Berleburg District Court
The Bad Berleburg District Court , a court of ordinary jurisdiction , is one of four District Courts (AG) in the district of the Siegen District Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is Bad Berleburg in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district . The 482 km² judicial district includes the old district of Wittgenstein . Around 43,000 people live in it.
For insolvency proceedings is Siegen District Court jurisdiction, which is also the commercial and cooperative register and the register of associations leads. Dunning procedures are handled by the Hagen District Court as the central dunning court . The partnership register is kept by the Essen District Court .
history
The District Court was on 26 July 1878 by a decree of King William I founded. The court, which used to belong to the district of the Arnsberg Regional Court, was assigned to the newly founded Siegen Regional Court on October 1, 1933.
building
At first the court was housed in the building Hochstrasse 14 , which was built in 1826/1827. In June 1958 the new building in Herrengarten 5 was occupied.
