Tasha Downing

Tasha Downing (born July 5, 1970 ) is a former American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

At the Pan American Games in Havana in 1991 , she won the 4-by-400-meter relay .

In 2001 she was part of the US relay at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Lisbon , which initially took fourth place and was subsequently disqualified for doping by Kelli White .

She set her personal best of 52.22 s on May 19, 1991 in Baton Rouge .
