Pigeon Tower in Cherves-Richemont

The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château Chesnel in Cherves-Richemont , a French commune in the Charente department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in 1505. The pigeon tower from quarry stone has a temporary roof, because the original roof was destroyed in a fire.

In the valley of the river antenna one is Circuit des pigeonniers de la vallée de l'antenna (Circular of pigeon towers in the valley of the antenna) signposted.
