The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château de Malesherbes in Malesherbes , part of the French community Le Malesherbois in the Loiret department in the Center-Val de Loire region , was built in the 17th and 18th centuries. Century erected. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as part of the castle as a Monument historique since 1965 .

The round tower made of quarry stone with a conical roof is said to be the largest pigeon tower in France, originally with around 8,000 pigeons.
