history
In 2009 , a futsal team was founded at MSV Hamburg , an association from the Mümmelmannsberg housing estate. They immediately became North German champions and qualified for the 2010 DFB Futsal Cup , where the Hamburg team reached the final. Here the team lost 5: 9 against SD Croatia Berlin . In 2011, the futsal department split off from MSV and founded an independent club with the Yasar Hamburg team. The association is named after the first chairman Mustafa Yasar. In 2012 the team qualified again for the DFB Futsal Cup and finished fourth after a 4-5 defeat after a six-meter shoot-out against UFC Münster . A year later it was over after the quarterfinals. At the end of the 2014/15 season, the Yasar Hamburg team was dissolved. The board and the players joined forces with FC St. Pauli .
