The teamtechnik machines and systems GmbH is the holding company of a group of companies for production engineering, turnkey and custom equipment assembly and testing made. Customers are companies from the fields of vehicle construction, battery, solar and medical technology. The range of services includes consulting, project planning, project management, construction, software development, manufacturing, assembly and installation, commissioning, qualification, training and service. The company is based in Freiberg am Neckar and is the largest employer there. "Teamtechnik Automation GmbH" (formerly "Pfuderer Maschinenbau GmbH") from Ludwigsburg is also part of the group of companies in Germany. Further production sites are located in Poland, the USA and China.

The "teamtechnik Industrieausteilung GmbH" in Ingersheim and Schramberg has been a legally independent company as a sales partner of Bosch Rexroth AG since 2000.

history

Teamtechnik Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH was founded in 1976. In 1988 the first systems for the medical technology sector were manufactured. The flexible assembly platform TEAMOS was introduced in 1997. Teamtechnik Corp. was founded in 1998 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. The entry into the solar industry took place in 2004 with stringers for connecting solar cells. In 2005 teamtechnik Production Technology Sp. Z oo was founded in Kraków, Poland. Next, the production GmbH was founded for the production of precision places under own direction. Teamtechnik Production Technology Ltd. entered the Chinese market. in Jintan and Suzhou. In 2011 teamtechnik acquired a 90 percent stake in the mechanical engineering company Pfuderer, a specialist in fast-cycle, cam-controlled automation solutions. In 2013, the first self-sufficient photovoltaic system with storage battery was put into operation in Baden-Württemberg to supply energy to e-vehicles, e-filling stations and production. Due to the increasing demand for e-vehicles, teamtechnik has been manufacturing test stands for e-drives as well as assembly and testing systems for batteries since 2016. With 2,700 m², the largest production hall to date was inaugurated at the Freiberg am Neckar location in July 2018.

Products

teamtechnik systems are integrated assembly and testing stations in the following business areas:

  • Process-modular assembly and testing technology (e.g. for batteries, oil pumps, sensors, actuators, control units, transmission mechatronics)
  • Testing technology for electric drives and all types of transmission (manual, automatic, hybrid, double clutch, DHT, CVT, all-wheel drive)
  • Assembly and testing systems for medical technology (e.g. injection systems, inhalers, contact lenses, dialysis filters, POCT products and medical plastic assemblies)
  • Stringer for solar technology for lining up and connecting solar cells to form strings

Assembly and testing technology

In this area, the company has various patents, such as for the process-modular system platform TEAMOS , which enables an individual mechatronic process module to be built into a system base frame for every assembly or testing process (e.g. joining, screwing, gluing, labeling, leak testing).

software

teamsoft.RUN is a production control system based on relational database technology . It allows not only the production data acquisition (PDA), the machine data acquisition (MDE) and the process data acquisition (PDE) production order planning and execution, analysis of product and process data as well as the batch traceability .

teamsoft.TEST is test software that enables web-based test sequences to be created graphically. The test task is broken down into individual test modules for reuse. The database-supported programming system is separate from the runtime system , so that programming and parameterization of the processes are decoupled from the test. Test sequences and parameter sets can thus be versioned and stored in different variants, and test results can be archived on a database and / or file basis. Possible areas of application are the fully automatic testing of components in a mix of types, testing on hand-loaded test benches, development test benches and setting tasks such as pressing in a valve orifice.

Awards

  • In 2012, Wirtschaftswoche rated teamtechnik as one of the best manufacturing companies in Germany.
  • 2013 “ZF Energy Efficiency Award” for top suppliers.
  • In 2014 third place in the ranking of the top 50 assembly plant manufacturers of the trade journal Produktion .
  • In 2015, second place in the ranking of the top 50 assembly plant manufacturers in the trade journal Produktion .
  • Since 2015 certified as a "Top Employer" by the Top Employers Institute several times.
