The Technical and Humanistic Academy in Bielsko-Biała ( Polish : Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej ) is a Polish university in Bielsko-Biała and arose 30 years ago from a former branch of the Technical University of Łódź . The Technical and Humanistic Academy in Bielsko-Biała trains engineers for the mechanical engineering , textile and automotive industries as well as specialists in the fields of economics, health and humanities.
The Technical and Humanistic Academy in Bielsko-Biała is divided into the following faculties :
- Mechanical engineering and IT
- Textile fiber and environmental protection
- Business administration and information technology
- Sociology and the humanities
- Health science
Ryszard Barcik is the rector of the university.
