Ted Best
Ted Best (actually Edward Wallace Best; born September 11, 1917 , † 1992 ) was an Australian sprinter .
At the British Empire Games in Sydney in 1938 he won bronze over 100 yards in 9.9 s, over 220 yards in 21.4 s and in the 4-by-110-yard relay.
