Temenuga Island (English; Bulgarian остров Теменуга ostrow Temenuga ) is a 620 m long and 450 m wide island off the northwest coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 0.66 km northeast of Quinton Point on the Goths Peninsula . It is separated from Kalotina Island to the west by a 140 m wide passage .
British scientists mapped them in 1980. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named them on 2013 after localities in northern and southern Bulgaria .
