The Ten Mile Pond (English for "ten mile pond") is a lake in Gros Morne National Park in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador .

Ten Mile Pond is located in the Long Range Mountains to the west of the island of Newfoundland . The elongated lake has a length of 4.4 km and a maximum width of 560 m. The water area is 214 hectares. Ten Mile Pond is oriented in an east-west direction. It is flanked in the south by the 807  m high Gros Morne and in the north by the 756  m high Rocky Harbor Hills . The lake is drained at the western end to the eastern Arm Pond to the west and from there to Bonne Bay .

Similar to the Western Brook Pond , 12.5 km further north, Ten Mile Pond was formed by glaciers around 25,000 to 10,000 years ago during the last glacial period. The glaciers have melted in the meantime and the land has risen as a result. Today the lake is at a height of 140  m and has a maximum water depth of 61 m.
