Tentacle Ridge is a long, partially ice-free mountain ridge south of Mount Longhurst that extends southeast from the mouth of McCleary Glacier along the northern flank of Darwin Glacier .
The Darwin Glacier team of the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) named it after his on tentacles (English: tentacle ) reminiscent shape.
