Terence Oldfield

Terence "Terry" Oldfield (born August 12, 1949 in London ) is a British composer and musician . He is the brother of the much better known guitarist and composer Mike Oldfield and the singer Sally Oldfield , in whose album productions he participated in part.

Life & Work

Terry Oldfield spent part of his childhood in Dublin and Reading , Berkshire . At the age of 16 he left boarding school and traveled the world.

Today he primarily composes film music . One of his main focuses is the arrangement of pieces of music for animal documentaries, for which he has received several awards. He composed music for around 50 film and TV productions and over 21 albums.
