Terrorfakt is a Rhythm 'n' Noise project from New York City . Although several members were initially involved, it is now viewed as the solo project of Ben Dewalt ( aka DJ Hellraver and T-Factor ). However, he is occasionally accompanied by other artists on live shows.

The music often contains heavily distorted samples from films.

history

The project was founded in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks and originally chose an incognito image by wearing masks and military-themed clothing on stage.

After albums had been produced earlier, the project made its debut with Tinman Records in 2003 with Deconstruction (later re-released under Metropolis Records ). Prior to being released by Tinman Records, Deconstruction was independently released on CD-R .

Terror fact occasionally occurs at festivals such as the COMA Festival (2006, 2007) or the Kinetik Festival (May 14, 2009) in Montreal .
