Tesana Panvisavas

Tesana Panvisavas ( Thai : เทศนา พันธ์ วิศวาส ; born March 14, 1978 ) is a former Thai badminton player .

Athletic career

In 2000 Tesana Panvisavas started for the first time at the Olympics in men's doubles. There he won in the first round with Pramote Teerawiwatana against Dennis Lens and Quinten van Dalm from the Netherlands, but lost the second game against Choong Tan Fook and Lee Wan Wah from Malaysia and finished ninth. In their second participation in 2004, both made it to the second round. In contrast, it was enough to win silver at the Asian Games in 2002. In 2007, with new partner Songphon Anugritayawon , it was already the last sixteen of the Southeast Asian Games . In 2008 he reached the semifinals at the Thailand Open together with Songphon.

He won nationally for the first time at the Thai Championships in 1998 in mixed with Saralee Thungthongkam . Three more titles in men's doubles with Pramote Teerawiwatana followed by 2002.
