Tevonn Walker (born November 7, 1993 in Montreal ) is a Canadian basketball player .

career

Walker played basketball as a student at Vanier College in Montreal. In 2014 he went to the United States , began studying at Valparaiso University ( Indiana ) and played on the Valparaiso Crusaders college basketball team there until 2018. The Canadian, who was honored in the Horizon League for his strengths as a defender, played a total of 124 games in the NCAA for Valparaiso , achieving averages of 11.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per encounter.

In July 2018 he signed his first contract as a professional basketball player with the German second division club Hamburg Towers . He helped Hamburg become champions of the 2nd Bundesliga ProA in the 2018/19 season  and thus achieved promotion to the basketball Bundesliga  by averaging 9.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game in 38 appearances scored. The Canadian then extended his contract and consequently went with the Towers in their first first division year.
