Amber Brooks is a clumsy police officer who is investigating a series of identical murders with her partner Hammond. As it turns out, a serial killer is on the loose. He's targeting a certain type of blonde in their late twenties and a certain murder technique: he strangles each of his victims with the same brand of cheap paisley print ties. The murders baffle the chief of police, as well as Brooks and Hammond. When they learn that the killer has identified Amber Brooks as his next victim, the boss lets Brooks work undercover as a stripper at one of the killer’s frequent hangouts, a gentlemen’s club called The Filling Hole. So they hope to bring the killer down before he demands another victim.
