The Bravehearts are an East Coast hip hop and hardcore rap group from Queensbridge who are considered protégés of Nas .

career

The group started as a trio consisting of Jungle (brother of Nas), Wiz and Horse . They had their first release in 1998 with the song I Wanna Live on the soundtrack to the hype Williams film Belly . They then appeared in 2000 with two pieces on Nas' compilation QB Finest , and in 2002 with a guest contribution to 50 Cent's work Guess Who's Back? .

At the end of 2003 the first studio album Bravehearted by the Bravehearts, who now only appeared as a duo of Jungle and Wiz , was finally released on the Ill Will Records label distributed by Columbia Records . This allowed them to reach number 75 on the Billboard 200 .

This was followed, however, in addition to a commercially insignificant, second album from 2008 with the title Bravehearted 2 no more new music.
