The Catwalk (English for the catwalk ) is a narrow mountain pass in northern Grahamland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It connects the Herbert Plateau with the Detroit Plateau .
Aerial photographs of the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE, 1955–1957) were used to map it. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee made the descriptive naming in 1960.
