One day Jack Cucchiaio is hit with a spoon by a white-made-up man . After that, this man attacks him for the rest of his life. All of Jack's attempts, such as visiting a doctor or killing the man, fail. Because of this nervous tension, he loses his girlfriend. He learns from a fortune teller that this masked man is actually a ghost by the name of Ginosaji , who will only leave Jack alone when Jack has found his death.

Jack flees from this ghost all over the world and tries to kill him by numerous means, but he does not succeed.

The film was shot within 22 days with a Panasonic HVX200 digital video camera . The film had a budget of $ 600. The special effects were created with the computer program Final Cut Pro . The film was released in HD on YouTube by Chaotic Rampage American Pictures . The film was later released on DVD .
