The Next Step is a percussion ensemble from Tyrol , founded in 1999 , which is best known for premiering contemporary compositions at events such as the Klangspuren in Schwaz , the Bolzano Festival Transart or the Festival Valgardena Musika. The Next Step already played with well-known artists such as Evelyn Glennie , Terry Bozzio , Magnus Lindberg and DJ Spooky and worked with composers such as Helmut Lachenmann and György Kurtág .
