The Oracle is a luxury apartment building in Broadbeach , Gold Coast , Australia that cost A $ 850 million. When completed, it was the record holder of the tallest building in Broadbeach. The project consists of a 50-story building and a 40-story building. One tower has a pair of trading floors.

The Oracle was built by South Sky Investments with the help of Niecon . The building is the second hotel on the Gold Coast to have five stars.

The Oracle Square is bounded by Elizabeth Avenue, Surf Parade, and Charles Avenue. It took more than fifteen years to buy enough land to merge. After all, it took up a block of space.

Features

Since it was built by Niecon Developments with the help of Design By Innovation (DBI), it had a lot of great things. The apartments are expensive.

The building has several high-speed elevators, a zen garden and a t'ai chi lawn. There is a heated pool, an indoor spa, a steam room, a sauna and a gym. The house also has its own cinema, wine cellar and teppanyaki grill .
