The red piano played the central role in the show. In the background was a screen ten meters high and almost 30 meters wide. On this, the viewer saw videos specially adapted to the songs, created by the award-winning photographer and filmmaker David LaChapelle . The video for Someone Saved My Life Tonight very openly tells the story of an actual suicide attempt by Elton John. When Daniel is about a Vietnam veteran who has lost his sight there. The video shown on Rocket Man was originally recorded for a song called This Train Don't Stop There Anymore and illustrates the loneliness that fame brings. A video for Candle in the Wind was also shown .

While I'm Still Standing was playing, a video was seen showing Elton John's various stage outfits and appearances. Elton John said, "On some filming, I asked myself, did I really wear this, did I really do this?" Believe called Elton John his favorite part of the show. The casinos of the desert metropolis Las Vegas were shown at Pinball Wizard . In the video for The Bitch Is Back , Pamela Anderson did a dance on the pole. During the song Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting , some spectators were brought onto the stage. At the end of the show the word "LOVE" was put up in huge, inflatable letters on the stage for Your Song .
