biography

In the early 2000s, Simon Delacroix was a member of the hip hop group Ed Wood Is Dead . In keeping with the band's name and his preference for B-films, he named himself after the US feature film The Toxic Avenger . He first appeared as a DJ in 2007 with a production, the single Superheroes . At first he hid behind a white mask with a red stripe pattern. The US magazine Rolling Stone added him to its "Artists-to-Watch" list of promising musicians.
