Thea Gottschalk

Thea Gottschalk (* 1945 in Burglengenfeld as Thea Hauer ) is a German actress .

Life

Thea Hauer was born in an auxiliary hospital in Burglengenfeld during the last days of the Second World War and moved with her family to Nuremberg, where she grew up. In the 1970s she worked in an advertising agency and met the then aspiring radio presenter Thomas Gottschalk at a medical ball in Munich in 1972 , whom she married on November 11, 1976. In 1982 she became a mother for the first time (son Roman), and in 1989 the couple adopted their son Tristan as a baby.

She starred in several films and is often a guest on talk shows and other media events in which she appears in an extravagant dress style, but is otherwise considered media-shy. The couple now has several grandchildren. She has been separated from Thomas Gottschalk since 2019.
