Theo Pfeuffer

Theo Pfeuffer (born June 26, 1909 in Würzburg ; † March 9, 1987 ) was a German farmer.

Pfeuffer attended elementary school in Schernau and the upper secondary school in Würzburg and left them with secondary school leaving certificate. He studied agriculture at the university in Weihenstephan and then worked at the Prussian research and teaching institute for animal breeding in Tschedenitz near Breslau and in other companies.

In 1927 he joined the Corps Donaria zu Freising-Weihenstephan .

After the Second World War , in which he was active in military service, he took over his parents' farm in Schernau. From 1954 to 1977 he was Deputy President of the Bavarian Farmers' Association in the Lower Franconia District Association , and from 1958 he was a member of the Presidium of the BBV. From 1969 to 1982 he was chairman of the Raiffeisen-Volksbanken Dettelbach and the surrounding area , from 1963 to 1972 and 1977 to 1978 chairman of the supervisory board of BayWa AG, from 1963 to 1977 chairman of the Bavarian Raiffeisen Association and also chairman of the supervisory board of the Bavarian Raiffeisen-Zentralkasse . In addition, he was mayor of Schernau (now Dettelbach ) for many years and a member of the Bavarian Senate from 1970 to 1983 .
