Theodor Kästner

Karl Theodor Kästner (born June 22, 1835 in Crimmitschau , † January 30, 1900 in Glauchau ) was a German builder and national liberal politician .

The son of a master tailor settled in Glauchau after attending primary school and training as a master builder. There he held the office of city councilor in 1888 and was later a member of the city council. From 1891 to 1897 Kästner represented the 15th urban constituency in the second chamber of the Saxon state parliament .
