Theodor Karl August Baentsch
Theodor Karl August Baentsch (born December 13, 1861 in Sandersleben (Anhalt) ; † February 12 or 13, 1913 in Mainz ) was a high-ranking official (trade council) in the Grand Duchy of Hesse .
From 1894 until his death, he was the head (trade inspector) of the trade inspection (today trade supervisory authority ) of the Mainz supervisory district (with Rheinhessen). During this time he was jointly responsible for the construction of the civil servants' housing estate on Baentschstrasse in Mainz.
