Theodor Qual

Theodor Qual (born January 3, 1818 in Sagan , † December 1, 1892 in Sprottau ) was a German lawyer and politician ; he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .

Life

Agony of collecting taxes was born and attended high school in Gross-Glogau before 1838 he attended the University of Breslau law studied. For this he received a Garniersches grant . In Breslau in 1838 he also became a member of the Raczek fraternity . After several prison sentences and protests against the Academic Senate , he received the consilium abeundi from the university . From 1862 he worked as a district judge in Sprottau. At the same time he became a member of the constituency of Liegnitz 2 in the Prussian House of Representatives for the German Progressive Party . He carried out both activities until 1870.
