Theophil Krolik

Theophil Krolik (born April 27, 1851 in Tarnowitz ; † 1906 ) was a Christian trade unionist and member of the German Reichstag for the center .

Life

Krolik attended the Catholic elementary school in Tarnowitz and worked as a miner at the Königliche Friedrich-Grube from 1866 to 1872, the Karolinen- (coal) mine until 1876 and from 1876 to 1895 he was again at the Königliche Friedrich-Grube near Tarnowitz. After that he was the coach master of the Count's coal defeat at Carlshof until 1902. From 1891 to 1897 he was first chairman of the Christian Upper Silesian workers' association for mutual aid in Bytom and from 1902 second chairman.

From 1903 to March 1906 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Oppeln 5 Beuthen, Tarnowitz and the German Center Party .
