Theresa Amerley Tagoe
Theresa Amerley Tagoe (born December 13, 1943 - November 25, 2010 ) was a leading politician in the West African state of Ghana . Tagoe was Vice Regional Minister of the Greater Accra Region in the government of President John Agyekum Kufuor .
Tagoe was a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and from 1997 to 2008 a member of the Ghanaian parliament for the constituency of Ayawaso Central in the Greater Accra region .
Between 2003 and 2005 she was Deputy Minister of Lands, Forestry and Mines. Before that until March 2003, Tagoe was Deputy Minister of Works and Housing. In March 1999, Tagoe was a member of the Ghanaian delegation to the 32nd meeting of the UN Commission on Population and Development.
