Theresa Stoll

Theresa Stoll (born November 21, 1995 ) is a German judoka who has been competing in the weight class up to 57 kg since 2013.

In 2011, Stoll won the silver medal at the U17 World Championships in the weight class up to 52 kilograms. In 2015 she was fifth in the U21 World Championships, with the team she won the bronze medal. In 2016 she won her first German championship title. In the same year she won the bronze medal at the European team championships. In November 2016 she won the U23 European Championships. In 2017 she won her second German championship title, defeating her twin sister Amelie in the final. At the Judo European Championships 2017 in Warsaw she reached the final, where she was defeated by the French Priscilla Gneto , the team won the bronze medal as in the previous year. In 2018 she won the German Championships again ahead of her sister. At the European Judo Championships in Tel Aviv in 2018, she lost to Kosovar Nora Gjakova in the final . Half a year later, she finished fifth at the 2018 World Championships . In 2019 she won her fourth German championship title in a row.

Theresa Stoll fights at TSV Großhadern and studies medicine at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich .
