Thijs Joris Al (born June 16, 1980 in Zaandam ) is a former Dutch cyclist .
During his career, Thijs has been active on the road , cyclocross and mountain bike . He was the 2001 Dutch U23 runner-up in road racing . At national cross-country championships, he took several podium finishes. But he was most successful in mountain biking, where he was twice the Dutch elite champion in cross country . After the end of the 2013/2014 cyclocross season, he ended his career.
