Thlewiaza River is a tributary of the Hudson Bay in Canada .

It has its source in the far northwest of the province of Manitoba . From there it flows in an easterly and northeastern direction over a distance of about 500 km to Hudson Bay. When flowing through Nueltin Lake, it crosses the administrative border to Nunavut territory .
