Thomalina Azania Adams (born July 6, 1993 in Lüderitz , Namibia ) is a Namibian national soccer player .

Life

Adams grew up in Lüderitz and attended The Luderitz Secondary School and then the Eldorado Secondary School in Windhoek . In autumn 2011 she came to Germany as part of an internship with the city of Rheine .

Club career

Adams started her career in 2008 with the Buchter Girls Football Club, which was founded in the same year as the school team of The Luderitz Secondary School. After 2½ years she moved to the Okahandja Beauties FC for the 2010/2011 season, where she made her senior debut in the Namibian Women's Super League in 2011. A year later, she was runner-up in the Women's Super League with her club Okahandja Beauties FC in the 2011 season.

The midfielder moved on October 26, 2011 from her native Namibia together with her compatriot and national team colleague Uerikondjera Kasaona to the German regional league for Germania Hauenhorst . There she played a year and a half before signing a one-year contract with the German 2nd Bundesliga club VfL Bochum on August 20, 2013 .

The midfielder has been part of the Namibian women's national soccer team since 2011 .
