The Namibian national football team of the women is the Women's Football - National Team of the southwest African country of Namibia .

The Namibian national soccer team for women was only officially founded in 2003, although the Namibia Football Association joined FIFA in 1992 . The women's national soccer team has not yet been able to qualify for a soccer world championship or soccer championship. As the host, the national team was automatically eligible to start the 2014 African Cup of Nations, but could not survive the preliminary round.

The greatest success was a 3-2 win for the team in October 2008 against Banyana Banyana , the South African national women's soccer team , as well as reaching the second qualifying round for the 2008 African Cup of Nations .

The team is known under the name "Brave Gladiators" ( German  brave gladiators ). She was trained from August 2017 to July 2019 by Brian Isaacs , who took over from Jaqueline Shipanga . Before that she was national coach for 10 years. Uerikondjera Kasaona has been national coach since July 2019 .

The highest ranking in the FIFA World Ranking was 89th in December 2009.
