Mehmet Cansın Çiçek (born October 15, 1992 in Çankaya , Ankara ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
Çiçek began playing club football in the youth of the traditional Gençlerbirliği Ankara club . After two seasons he switched to the farm team Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ in 2006 , which was bought by Gençlerbirliği Ankara in the same year due to financial difficulties. A year later he moved back to Gençlerbirliği Ankara.
He got his first professional contract at the age of 19 from Gençlerbirliği Ankara. In the first half of the 2010/11 season he only played in the reserve team. To collect match practice, he was loaned to Hacettepespor (formerly Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ) for the second half of the season. Despite the relegation, he remained loyal to the club, but this time not as a loan player, as the contract with Gençlerbirliği Ankara was dissolved and Hacettepespor was able to commit him. Here he played for two seasons and was also set as a regular player. Then he moved back to his former club Gençlerbirliği Ankara.
For the 2013/14 season, Çiçek was loaned to Denizlispor and at the end of the season his loan contract was extended by one year.
For the 2015/16 season he was loaned to the second division side Elazığspor . After half a season, Gençlerbirliği loaned him to Kayseri Erciyesspor .
