Thomas Anderson (born November 8, 1970 ) is the founder of the online community MySpace and is considered "the face" of the website.

biography

The American Anderson studied at the University of California, Berkeley from 1995 to 1996 and obtained a bachelor's degree in English in 1997 . From 1999 to 2000 he studied at the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated with a master's degree .

In 2003 he created the first pages of MySpace as an employee of the US company Intermix Media, Inc. together with several other programmers . In 2005 the media group bought Intermix from Rupert Murdoch and thus also the domain myspace.com with all its content and memberships for 580 million US dollars . In 2009 he was sacked as president.
