Thomas Cano (born January 4, 1961 ) is a former Spanish ski jumper .

Career

Cano made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament 1978/79 . There, however, he only landed on placements over 70. In the Four Hills Tournament 1979/80, where he also made his debut in the newly created Ski Jumping World Cup , he even had to be satisfied with placements around 100th place. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 1982 , he started from both hills. He reached 55th place on the normal hill and 48th place on the large hill. At the Four Hills Tournament 1982/83 he started again in all jumping classes, but again could not achieve a placement beyond the 70.

After an eight-year break, he jumped several times in the Continental Cup in the 1991/92 season and finished 103rd overall with one point. After this season, Cano ended his career for good.
