The Thomas Cove is a bay on the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located immediately south of Haigh Point .

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey surveyed the bay between 1956 and 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1985 after Joan Ena Thomas (* 1913), who was a consultant on this committee in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 1948 to 1962.
