Thomas Ganske

Thomas Ganske (born June 30, 1947 in Celle ) is a German bookseller and publisher .

Career

Thomas Ganske studied art history in Göttingen and Munich. In 1979, after the death of his father Kurt Ganske , he took over as CEO of the Ganske publishing group . His older brother Michael (* 1939) emigrated to Canada in 1978; the two have a sister (Mareile, * 1942). In 1986 he developed Tempo magazine together with Markus Peichl .

Private life

Thomas Ganske was married to Victoria Maria Ganske, who died in October 2016. Their son Sebastian is a partner in the Jahreszeiten Verlag .
