Thomas Huemer

Thomas Huemer (born April 29, 1976 in Linz ) is an Austrian handball goalkeeper .

The 1.89 meter tall and 93 kilogram goalkeeper plays for the Alpla HC Hard club , with which he won the Austrian championship in 2012 and 2013. Before that he was under contract with HC Linz AG .

He played with Hard in the EHF Challenge Cup (2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008), the EHF Champions League (2004) and the European Cup Winners' Cup (2006, 2009) and the EHF Cup (2010), with Linz in the EHF Cup (2000) and the European Cup Winners' Cup (1998).

For the Austrian national team he was in the roster in 121 international matches .
