Thomas Keller

Thomas Keller (born August 13, 1967 in Winterthur ) is a Swiss professor of business informatics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and head of the center for business informatics in the School of Management and Law.

Life

Thomas Keller initially attended two different primary schools over a period of four years , including one in Seuzach . He then worked as a radio reconnaissance in the Swiss Army .

Between 1987 and 1993, Keller studied electrical engineering at the ETH Zurich . He finished the study with the title graduate -Elektro engineering . Then Thomas Keller decided to take an additional degree in computer science . He completed this with a doctorate from the University of Zurich .

Keller is married and has two children.

After completing his studies, Keller first completed a one-year trainee program at Asea Brown Boveri and then worked at ABB Verkehrssysteme AG in Zurich . At the successor companies Adtranz and Bombardier Transportation , he was responsible for various company-wide projects.

Thomas Keller has been a lecturer since 2003 and professor at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences since 2007. There he is in charge of the Center for Business Mathematics. Keller is also responsible for setting up the research and development department.
