Tom Allen (singer)

Thomas Michael Allen (* 1965 in Chicago ) is an American opera singer ( tenor ).

Life

Allen first completed a degree in English and then received his musical training at the New York Manhattan School of Music and the Britten-Pears School of Advanced Musical Studies.

He made his debut in 1994 at the New Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv, where he sang “Don Ottavio” in Mozart's Don Giovanni .

In addition to baroque music , the focus of his work is also modern music.
