Thomas Neubert (born November 14, 1980 in Cottbus ) is a German football player .

Career

The 1.93 meter tall striker played for BSG Tiefbau Cottbus until 2000 . He began his professional career at Energie Cottbus and then moved to Dynamo Dresden in 2001 , for which he played two games in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2005. In the 2006/07 season he was under contract with Holstein Kiel . After he had completed eight league games (1 goal) for the regional division Wacker Burghausen in the first half of the 2007/08 season , he moved to the Oberliga Nordost-Süd for Halleschen FC during the winter break and celebrated the championship with the club. In the following season he played for Halleschen FC in the Regionalliga Nord. Since the end of his contract with Halleschen FC in the summer of 2011, Neubert has been playing for the top division club SC Borea Dresden . Since the beginning of the 2013/2014 season he has been responsible for fan work at Dynamo Dresden. Since the beginning of October 2014 he has been looking after the A junior regional league team at SC Borea Dresden.
