Thomas Schiestl (born August 31, 2002 in Schwaz ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Schiestl began his career at SK Jenbach . In September 2010 he moved to SC Schwaz . He came to AKA Tirol for the 2016/17 season . After six months at the Tyrolean Academy, he switched to the FC Red Bull Salzburg academy in January 2017 . From then on, he went through all ages with the Salzburgers. In December 2019 he played against Liverpool for the first time for the U-19 team in the UEFA Youth League .

In July 2020 he made his debut for the farm team FC Liefering in the 2nd division when he came on as a substitute for Luis Phelipe on matchday 28 of the 2019/20 season against Grazer AK in the 74th minute .
