Thomas Strutius
Thomas Strutius (* 1621 in Prussian Stargard ; † 1687 ) was an organist and composer in Danzig .
Live and act
Strutius was born in Stargard, the son of an organist of the same name. In 1642 he was appointed organist at the Church of St. Trinity in Gdansk. In 1647 he received citizenship in Danzig . In 1668, he succeeded Ewald Hinz as organist at the great organ of the Marienkirche .
