Thomas Sutter (carpenter)

Thomas Sutter (born May 17, 1982 ) is a Swiss designer and carpenter with a master carpenter diploma.

In 2003, Thomas Sutter won at the World Skills Competition to the carpenter world title . Thomas Sutter developed his craft and began to create his own designer furniture from the natural raw material wood . His furniture is all unique (table, chair, shelf, bed). He is the winner of the Swiss Economy Award 2009. He lives with his wife and three children in Appenzell , which is also where his carpentry factory is located.
