Thomas Vollmoeller

Thomas Vollmoeller (* 1960 ) is a German manager . He has been CEO of XING SE since 2012 .

education

Vollmoeller studied economics at the University of Stuttgart Hohenheim and at the Business School of the University of California Los Angeles . His university education began in 1981 with a dual degree in business administration (BA) at IBM Germany . Eleven years later he received his doctorate from the University of St. Gallen in 1992 .

Career

He began his professional career between 1988 and 1997 as a consultant at McKinsey . From 1998 to 2003 Vollmoeller held various positions at Tchibo, where he was Chief Financial Officer between 2003 and 2008. Between 2008 and 2012 Vollmoeller took over as CEO of the Valora Group. Vollmoeller has been on the supervisory board of Ravensburger AG since 2015 and a member of the board of directors of Conrad Electronic SE since 2012 .

Private

Vollmoeller is a fan of FC St. Pauli . The married family man took a three-month sabbatical between October and December 2016 .
