Thomas Wachter
Thomas Wachter (born July 17, 1968 ) is a German lawyer and legal scholar .
Thomas Wachter studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the University of Geneva Law . After his time as a trainee lawyer and notary assessor , he was appointed notary in Bavaria in 2001 . He has been working as a notary in Munich since 2007 .
He is a lecturer at seminars and congresses, an expert for courts and associations and an honorary member of the advisory board of various foundations. Thomas Wachter is the author of various specialist publications, with a focus on corporate, inheritance and tax law.
